DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all HR related systems. This position manages day to day activity of system to ensure compliance to federal and state labor laws. Analyze process flow of information and manage communication to HR offices.
 
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and managers
  • Leading and developing a team Supervisors and hourly associates
  • Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
  • Mentoring, training, and developing Supervisors and associates
  • Creating, communicating, and maintaining quality control policies and SOPs to Supervisors and associates
  • Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives
  • Building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Operations Managers to balance labor
  • Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to determine department productivity requirements to achieve LOS, accuracy, and quality expectations
  • Partnering with other managers to share best practices across shifts and the network

 

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all aspects of employee supervision, not limited to—interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Responsible for coaching and development of supervisors.
  • Responsible for operational metrics and KPI’s.

 

 

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  Previous supervisory experience preferred.
