HR Coordinator
• Serve as point of contact for general associate inquiries regarding policies/procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance, including employment eligibility (I-9), timekeeping, and required legal training.
• Assist with managing Random Drug Test program.
• Daily filing as required.
• Manage medical documentation and updates to business as needed.
• Assist with recording/auditing performance evaluations.
• Audit all termination documents to ensure compliance.
• Assist with processing termination documentation within one business day.
• Mail distribution and management.
• Administer electronic payroll system as required.
• Assist customers with the application process, including job fairs.
• Verify and record work eligibility for all new hires within the required timeframe.
• Enter new hire information into Oracle.
• Process employee badge requests.
• Request systems access for associates.
• Process changes to associate records in Oracle (Direct Deposit, Address, Phone, W-4 etc).
• Research and resolve issues with failed direct deposits.
• Process edits/corrections to electronic timecards using KRONOS
• Create and distribute reports in KRONOS, including excessive hours and missing punch.
• Follow-up on missing e-signatures from NMGPS.
• Process invoices for payment.
• Order and distribute supplies and service awards.
• Sorting/distribution of payroll checks.
• Support onboarding paperwork process during New Hire Orientation.
• Create and distribute monthly birthday and anniversary reports from ORACLE.
• Ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of major employment laws.
• At least 1 year of administrative support in HR office (preferred).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail.
