Your Role 

As the Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator, you will work closely with the Fulfillment Center Operations Team located at the West Coast Service Center to ensure all Neiman Marcus Group shipping requirements are in compliance with U.S. international trade laws. You will focus on collaborating with your team to align with department goals, complete reporting efficiently, and monitor violations captured. You will also provide feedback to the Partner Relations Management Team when policies and procedures are not being followed by the West Coast Service Center operations team. 

You'll develop and maintain strong working relationships while responding to both important and routine requests, and coordinate with our internal teams. You will work at our West Coast Service Center located in Whittier, CA. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Communicate with Brand Partners via phone and e-mails.
  • Assist in capturing violations, which includes capturing with photos. Review comments and confirm accuracy.
  • Be familiar with all Brand Partner Requirements set by Partner Relations
  • Operate as the second point of escalation with supplier disputes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Confirm daily tasks have been completed by Partner Relations Coordinators
  • Make recommendations to nmgops.com
  • Ability to effectively present Partner Relations policy in warehouse meetings and discussions
  • Work directly with Merchant Teams on high level issues.
  • Generate and publish daily, weekly and monthly Partner Relations reporting.
  • Provide support to Partner Relations Management on all projects. 

What You Bring 

  • MS Office (Word and Excel) proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to read, interpret and analyze information.
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication
  • Lifting objects weighing up to 25 lbs from the floor to over-head level
  • Lift objects weighing up to 45 lbs from the floor to waist.
  • Continuous/frequent walking or standing for long periods of time.
  • Continuous/frequent pushing or pulling heavy carts up to 50 lbs.
  • Focus and remain on task in fast paced work environment.
