Your Role 

This individual will work within a team to develop creative strategy, concept and execute brand assets, and maintain a consistent branding point of view across the website Homepage. He/she will creatively elevate the customers experience and execute the creative within a fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Do 

• Develop designs for brand content and translate objectives into concept and execution stages on the Homepage.

• Focus on providing solutions for complex customer behaviors in an omni-channel environment.

• Ensure brand-right tone to provide a seamless multi-channel marketing execution.

• Drive innovative ideas Homepage & encourage others to do so.

• Partner with peers to execute campaigns and creative needs on Homepage, not limited to but including bi-weekly sprint work, promotions, 360 moments and special projects.

• Partner with Managers & Directors to execute brand right executions.

• Self-manage creative outputs for day-to-day duties and long-term strategy.

• Responsible for meeting all deadlines, project timelines and prioritizing workload

• Send design through wrike for approval to the correct reviewers assigned to the task. Follow project through and monitor wrike task and follow ups until approved, edits are made and asset is production ready
• Handoff files to the production team and partner with them on any edits until go live and after.

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, Illustrator) and knowledge of Figma.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize among running projects.

• Capacity to work independently, self-manage, and as part of a team.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Must be able to problem-solve, such as analyze data and provide feedback on how to maximize business objectives.

• Strong typographic and digital design capabilities required

• Web Design background required

• eCommerce experience preferred

• Fashion focused portfolio preferred 

What You Bring 

•  Create on brand graphic designs to support marketing campaigns, brand priorities and brand partnership needs on the Homepage

• Deadlines are expected to be met or communicated when not manageable

• Clear understanding of day to day work within the Homepage channel

• Aids in creation on internal resources (decks, upkeep of library of assets, upkeep with competition)

• Aids in support for new ideas to drive innovation

• Aids in special projects within team

• Closely partners with Sr Design Manager, copy, photo & production teams to execute creative.
