Your Role 

The Content Effectiveness Specialist will be instrumental in providing insights that inform the development and execution of creative strategies that help drive revenue and customer engagement. To do so, this position will provide data-driven insights that will be used in understanding performance of content throughout the customer journey and across multiple touchpoints. This position will assist in quantifying and qualifying our brand investments across our owned marketing channels. 

What You'll Do 

  • Own Brand Creative Reporting to assess effectiveness, including creation of reports and dashboards, synthesis of take-aways, and action items.
  • Includes but not limited to regular reporting on content performance and analysis across channels (site, email, social); measurement and analysis of 360 plans with cross-channel impact
  • Develop insights and opportunities for customer segments, product category, top brands and/or overall business opportunities using analytical techniques and tools.
  • Create insights that support strategy for Promotions messaging tactics
  • Complete baseline reporting on COOP marketing for brand partners, informing insights and case studies
  • Effectively communicate and present results and insights to various cross functional partners including senior leadership.
  • Experience in deep dive analysis on brand and customer attribute data to produce quality insights that drive business strategies and value
  • Analyze what types of Sales Associate content seeding are most effective in driving conversion (Including type of products, categories, verbiage, etc) to maximize sales as well as coop revenue
  • Efficient analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly scope and deliver on an analytical ask and to work iteratively to refine a solution as needed
  • Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring thought leadership and guidance toward the cross functional teams this role partners with
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that behavioral analytics and insights are embedded in decision making
  • Work cross-functionally to identify areas of intersection
  • Develop analytically sound approaches to answering business questions while demonstrating resourcefulness in obtaining and cleansing data when comprehensive information is not available
  • Support Brand Creative Leadership in ad-hoc analysis 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, etc) or sufficient on the job use of related skills. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years experience in a Creative or Marketing Insights, Merchant Insights, Customer Insights, or Business Analysis role
  • High level of business acumen. Retail industry knowledge a strong plus
  • Ability to drive analyses that decompose drivers of business performance across various dimensions: customer segment, product, selling channel, media channel
  • Ability to concisely explain insights coming from complex data analyses through effective verbal/written communication and compelling data visualizations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel is required
  • Experience with Tableau, Adobe Analytics or similar tools
