Your Role 

As the Visual Stylist you will assist the store Visual Merchandising team to create the overall look and feel of store environments. Under the direction of Visual Lead, they provide extraordinary customer experiences and bring the Neiman Marcus Brand and fashions to life through magical and powerful storytelling with window displays and in-store activations.

What You'll Do 

  • Executes all Corporate directive strategies as delegated by the Visual Lead 
  • Provide direction and help merchandise the selling floor placement, trend presentation with the Visual Manager and Sales Managers.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how visual activities increase sales
  • Increase sales by ensuring all visual initiatives align with the store and brand strategy by: Maintaining store signage, mannequins, furniture, artisan elements, floral displays, carpets, and other visual elements
  • Complete tasks and follows direction of Visual Leads to build all merchandising and visual displays
  • Follows fashion style cards provided by Corporate on a monthly and seasonal cadence
  • Maintain visual workroom and studio organization with a focus on safety

What You Bring

  • Prior visual merchandising experience
  • Experience with visual merchandising, the art of window displays, and product placement
  • Demonstrate a natural passion for fashion and trends
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
  • This role may require carrying up to 35 pounds
  • A flexible work schedule
