Senior Analyst, Change Enablement and Communications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-6 years of experience in change management principles, methodologies, communications, and tools
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business, Psychology, Organization Development or a related field
- Respect the confidentiality of sensitive projects, perform under pressure and within ambiguity, and can prioritize and execute on short- and long-term initiatives
- Change management certification preferred (PROSCI, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently within a high pressure, deadline driven environment
- Experience with large-scale, multi-phased change effort
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
