ESSENTIAL ABILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Ability to build and maintain relationships with project teams and managers.
Act as a point of contact and facilitate access to subject matter experts.
Communicate to stakeholders on project status and tasks.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ability to define and document and manage basic project plans.
Ability to demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of software development methodology.
Experience with all aspects of software project life cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development and implementation.
Ability to utilize methods and tools, using iterative techniques where appropriate, ensuring that effective project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes are maintained.
Ability to lead, coordinate, plan and deliver projects on-time, on-budget, on-scope with high quality.
Excellent ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) and multiple levels of leadership is required.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across organizational levels.
Experience working with external consultants and vendors and managing a joint project plan.
Detail-oriented, with solid organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously.
Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of delivery, and an obsession about the customer experience.
Ability to interact with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and product owners in matrix structure of product management team.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related discipline required.
Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or one of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications is preferred.
