Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for accurate loading of products to site, and cohesive shopping experience; proactively finding & correcting issues as needed.
  • Manage and distribute operational reporting including backorders, cancels, unsellable inventory, etc. and work with cross functional partners to ensure reviewed and addressed in a prompt manner.   
  • Subject matter expert/partner on item set up questions and troubleshooting with buying office (or others) as needed.
  • Surface process improvement opportunities to ensure timely and accurate availability of our products and services to our customers.
  • Partner with the Category Manager and Category Director regarding factors impacting item loads, customer facing item issues and the customer overall customer experience.
  • Participate in competitive research to identify trends, product and promotional opportunities for current seasons, day to day business and future assortments.
  • Leverage data in all that you do with keeping the customer and how she is shopping the site at the center of your focus.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in systems and/or operational areas in partnership with Operations Manager being a go to person on the eCommerce team for your area.
Skills:
  • Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point) and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
  • A natural problem-solver, who is also intuitively analytical, detail oriented and creative
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly with a strong sense of urgency and proactiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively build and manage relationships
  • Strength in both oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player who can operate independently with minimal guidance and limited resources
  • An understanding of and passion for digital retail landscape.
