Job Summary:
The Shoot Manager for Still Life manages sample and shoot coordination for NMG brands Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and Last Call.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages sell photography sample and shoot coordination for the following Still Life categories: Handbags, Ladies Shoes, Men’s Accessories, Precious Jewelry, Designer Jewelry, Kids, Fashion Accessories & Flash Sales Accessories
  • Oversee Still Life editorial sample and shoot coordination
  • Manage a team of 6 Shoot Coordinators and 4 Sample Coordinators
  • Partner with Studio production management team to manage merchandise and photography processes
  • Collaborate with additional teams including Buying Offices, Styling, Photography, Art Directors, etc. to ensure all merchandise is photographed according to Company needs
  • Supervise the traffic of samples, ensuring deadlines are met for arrival and return
  • Create monthly production reporting to track and analyze web photography and product copy workload
  • Ensure images returned from photography are accurate and complete
  • Manage Shoot At Receipt (SAR) and Stock Pull processes and SAR aging report
  • Manage Sample PO process and inventory
  • Act as lead in developing and distributing the yearly Still photography schedule
  • Collaborate with the Shoot Manager for Ready to Wear to standardize all shoot and sample coordination processes across both teams
  • Partner with Director to analyze business needs and seek better ways to execute shoot and sample coordination
  • Performs additional tasks as necessary
 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Previous leadership experience managing and motivating multiple direct reports
  • Efficient at managing a high volume of projects and adhering to deadlines
  • Service oriented mindset
  • Able to anticipate problems and plan accordingly
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
