Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university required

5+ years ecommerce experience required; 3+ years experience in ecommerce merchandising or buying strongly preferred

Team-oriented with ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency

Excellent team building skills

Must have strong Excel skills as well as merchandising systems experience
