Job Requirements
- 4+ years management and leadership experience in merchandising, visual display, design, styling, events, graphics, or related areas - preferably luxury retail.
- 6+ years of visual merchandising experience, including store & window design, and creative services.
- Exceptional organizational,
communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail
required.
- Ability to successfully
communicate to a varied audience in both written and spoken form. Exceptional
written communication skills needed.
- Experience creating presentations
& ability to present ideas and information in a group situation.
- Strong management skills and an
ability to partner closely with various departments.
- Innovative thinker. Customer
focus is essential.
- Ability to travel.
- Must be proficient
at reading floor plans.
- Knowledge
and use of basic computer skills including Photo Shop, and Microsoft
Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must.
- Adobe
In-Design, Illustrator, Google Sketch UP 3D programs are a must.
- AutoCAD
and Autodesk Revit desired.
- Associates
degree in design, visual arts, and/or graphic design.
