Job Requirements

  • 4+ years management and leadership experience in merchandising, visual display, design, styling, events, graphics, or related areas - preferably luxury retail.
  • 6+ years of visual merchandising experience, including store & window design, and creative services.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to successfully communicate to a varied audience in both written and spoken form. Exceptional written communication skills needed.
  • Experience creating presentations & ability to present ideas and information in a group situation.
  • Strong management skills and an ability to partner closely with various departments.
  • Innovative thinker. Customer focus is essential.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Must be proficient at reading floor plans.
  • Knowledge and use of basic computer skills including Photo Shop, and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must.
  • Adobe In-Design, Illustrator, Google Sketch UP 3D programs are a must.
  • AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit desired.
  • Associates degree in design, visual arts, and/or graphic design.
