Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop, and implement marketing-related strategic initiatives by scoping project, developing timeline / milestones and identifying key stakeholders.

• Conducting day-to-day project management with marketing team and/or cross functional stakeholders to ensure that milestones are met.

 • Partnering with cross-functional strategy leads to align marketing projects and timeline with larger strategic vision & roadmap

• Preparing presentation materials to update senior leadership.

• Facilitating meetings to present findings with cross functional leaders or senior leadership

• Regularly track and report out on key marketing KPIs (e.g., customer growth, new customer acquisition,) refresh external benchmarks. Refresh dashboards for key strategic initiatives

• Assist in preparation of Marketing related materials for regular business updates

• Develop materials and provide support to marketing conversations with prospective merchant vendor partners

• Support internal Marketing team training and development efforts; refresh competitive analysis and attend relevant industry conferences

 

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting at top tier firm or 2-3 years if post-graduate (MBA)

• Prior retail or digital commerce experience is a plus

• Extensive experience required with PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong analytical skills - financial analysis and quantitative methods

• Strategic thinker, adept at identifying issues, proposing solutions and implementing changes

• Strong influencing skills: proven ability to get things done without formal authority; ability to build and maintain support and buy-in at all levels

• Strong relationship management skills (team building and leadership)

• Ability to multi-task / manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines
