What You’ll Do:

  • Provide training, development, and motivation for the store loss prevention staffs and Senior Retail Performance Operations Managers.
  • Conduct loss prevention associate meetings, conference calls, and ongoing communication with each location.
  • Assist in managing investigations of internal and external theft. Ensure proper procedures are followed, that appropriate data is gathered and reviewed with appropriate parties so that suitable action is taken in each specific situation.
  • Ensure that team loss prevention awareness programs are effectively maintained by the Senior Retail Performance and Store Operations Managers and Loss Prevention Leads.
  • Assist in the development of inventory shortage strategies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide decision-making guidance.
  • Assist with mitigating risks for elevated customer and store situations. 
  • Participate in internal and external taskforces.
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention and CAMS internal audit program.
  • Ensure effective crisis management and emergency preparedness programs.
  • Review, prepare and approve written cases for accuracy.
  • Partner with stores to verify all loss prevention equipment is operational and functioning properly. 

What You Bring:

  • Loss Prevention Management experience required.
  •  Multi-Unit experience preferred.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
