Job Abilities
Working knowledge of general talent development, organizational effectiveness and HR theories
Working knowledge of systems
Ability to design and create interactive learning resources in programs such as Articulate in learning management systems
Leverage and manage external business partners in building, producing and supporting new programs
Ability to present and facilitate information to an audience of varying responsibility within the company effectively
Ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task and flex in a fast paced and challenging environment to meet deadlines
Collect internal best practices as references for development resources to ensure quality and consistency in program delivery across the organization
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia training or learning, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and professional experience
5-7 years working in a professional setting with a creative, collaborative fast-paced environment
Experience in adult learning principles, technology, and e-learning
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting, analysis, presentations and content creation
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.
Master’s degree preferred
