Job description- Ecommerce Assortment Analyst

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance the analytic models, reports, and dashboards supporting the assortment expansion program on NeimanMarcus.com, LastCall.com, Horchow.com, and BergdorfGoodman.com, including:

· Sales and margin reporting for the Drop Ship assortment

· Assortment coverage and composition reporting for the online assortments

· SKU Productivity reporting and modeling

· Competitive analysis to identify online sales opportunities

· Analysis of customer behavior to identify and predict productive opportunities to expand the online assortment

· Partner with online analytics, site navigation, SEO/search teams and share best practices

 

Develop, maintain, and enhance the analytic models, reports, and scorecards    supporting supplier performance for the Drop Ship Program thru:

· Overall reporting and scorecards by supplier around operational KPI's including on-time shipping, fulfillment rates, and inventory availability

· Individual supplier scorecards

· Pro-active monitoring and alerting when supplier performance deviates from customer experience objectives

· Includes developing the back-end data structure, as well as front-end visualization for internal teams and external brand partners

• Facilitate and resolve issues, monitor online assortment for errors, proposed improvements or other suggestions to identify areas of opportunity

• Assist operational dropship team with deliverables in order to meet monthly goals

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong capacity for multi-tasking, working independently and good time management/organizational skills

• Able to prioritize tasks properly and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong analytical skills, familiar with Database, SQL, Business Objects, and/or Tableau

• Must be comfortable filling in to help other areas as business needs require

• Bachelors Degree with 1 – 2 years of experience, preferably in the ecommerce space

• Strong communication skills, ability to establish cross functional relationships
