JOB DUTIES
- Manage the drop ship assortment lifecycle from item setup to item maintenance
- Manage and monitor key KPI’s of item setup process tasks and activities to ensure availability of product on web and making recommendations for process improvements
- Enhance drop ship operational reporting to provide for effective issues identification and resolution
- Identify technology and process improvements to optimize and streamline operational excellence and program expansion.
- Troubleshooting of common issues, defect prioritization, testing & resolution, vendor reporting and education through training and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams within the organization to meet business objectives
- Perform additional tasks as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Project Management and Lean 6 Sigma Experience is a plus
Strategic Business Process Improvements
- Must be analytical, articulate, and organized
- Self-motivated and action/results oriented
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
