Director of Order Management and Customer Care
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Must have demonstrated IT/Business Partner Relationship Management experience, working closely with business partners to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and support in analyzing and recommending IT solutions where necessary
- Candidate must have at least 12+ years of experience with complex technologies in support of Shared Inventory Management and eCommerce related functions
- Candidate must have experience with retail systems and processes
- Budget and Resource Management experience
- Experience working with onshore and offshore, direct and matrix reporting environments
- Prior full life cycle implementations experience with Order Management solutions, preferably with Manhattan Order Management systems
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to partner with enterprise infrastructure to perform capacity review and planning for new and existing systems
- Ability to partner with Service Delivery Organizations to increase customer service satisfaction around owned processes and applications
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Vision, Project, Atlassian Suite)
Preferred Skills:
- Prior industry expertise in Retail/Apparel/Consumer Goods
