Director, Corporate Philanthropy, Neiman Marcus Group
The Director of Philanthropy, Neiman Marcus Group is in charge of designing, planning and directing Neiman Marcus Group’s corporate giving and volunteer programs.
Job Duties:
Oversee, implement, and measure results of All Heart Annual Associate Giving Campaign across the company and communicate results
Review and coordinate with Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT) all donation requests for philanthropic giving including Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation, Charitable Fund, Herbert Marcus Elementary Fund, Disaster Relief Fund, and Hardship Assistance Fund
Encourage and measure volunteerism across the company
Recognize employees with demonstrated leadership within the giving programs as well as departments/facilities with high participation
Identify and meet with charities
Develop collateral materials
Administer Hardship Assistance program and coordinate applications vendor (Employee Assistance Foundation)
Administer Matching Gift program and coordinate applications vendor (YourCause)
Maintain annual Community Impact Report
Job Requirements:
At least 10 years’ experience in volunteer management or a related area
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking
Ability to prioritize big picture ideas and execute into tangible actions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective presentation skills with the ability to present compelling messages
