Corporate Investigations Analyst
§
Primary liaison to all store and
service facility requests for information by developing and analyzing standard
and ad-hoc reports, using multiple reporting systems.
§
Utilize social media and public data
resources to develop and expand case leads for investigations.
§
Initiation and oversight of cases to
stores and facilities including:

Monitoring weekly and monthly
standard and ad-hoc reports to Identify trends of employee dishonesty or
fraudulent behavior
×
Altering/Creating reports to
identify and monitor new trends
×
Identifying anomalies, investigating
each and creating cases accordingly
×
Ongoing communication with the store
or facility once a case has been created
×
Providing comprehensive case files
and additional support to ensure conclusion in a timely manner
×
Generate and provide intelligence on
ORC groups
§
Provide statistical data reporting to
support the needs of the business.
§
Remotely review video to confirm
case leads found in reports and in response to alarms/alerts.
§
Develop and implement Loss
Prevention initiatives which promote brand protection and drive inventory
shortage reduction.
§
Support NMGLPS strategic initiatives
while managing day-to-day requests for information.
§
Conduct cell phone and computer
forensics as needed to identify potential evidence.
§
Provide training to field teams on
proper usage of available investigative tools.
§
Monitor online marketplace sites to
identify stolen property, copyright and brand protection cases
Previous experience using exception based reporting
software, intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, and ability to
analyze complex queries using SQL reporting is preferred.
A Bachelor degree or (4) years of experience in an
analytical or Loss Prevention role is required.
