Your Role  

As a member of the Organization Consulting Team, the Coordinator, Organization Consulting will play a variety of roles. As their primary responsibility, this Associate will provide project management and deliverable preparation support to the Manager, Organization Consulting and Sr. Director, Organization Consulting on large scale, strategic initiatives. Critical areas of support will include program management support, change enablement support, organization design support, executive leader and communication support, etc. 

What You'll Do

  • Engages in organizational effectiveness and change management priorities by partnering with team members to support development of current-state analyses and future-state models
  • Performs project management duties such as: supporting development of project management and implementation plans, tracking and reporting on progress, providing ad hoc support to team members, and troubleshooting or escalating risks / issues as appropriate.
  • Supports development of key deliverables for the People Services organization and the broader enterprise such as: drafting deliverables, effectively implementing feedback, and iterating when needed.
  • Provides administrative support to team such as: scheduling meetings, managing folder libraries, and providing in-person support for meetings and events at the NMG Dallas Hub.
  • Communicates effectively both in person and in writing across the Organization Consulting team as well as with leaders within the People Services organization.
  • Establishes relationships as a trusted partner across the Organization Consulting team, successfully supporting colleagues as the team drives toward results effectively and efficiently.
  • Contributes to a culture of collaboration and high performance across the Organization Consulting team. 


What You Bring 

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to translate highly complex concepts and communicate them in a concise, digestible manner
  • Highly motivated team player with willingness to flex across business function
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Familiarity with organizational effectiveness principles, methodologies, and tool
  • Ability to multi-task and work both on a team and independently within a high pressure, deadline driven environment
