Your Role 
As the Learning Programs Coordinator, you will provide proactive, efficient, and professional administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of training and learning initiatives across the organization; ensuring participants have a seamless experience during their growth and development journey. You'll report to the Senior Manager, Learning Programs and collaborate with the broader Organization Development & Coaching Team.  

This role is a hybrid role, requiring some in-person commitment in our local DFW Hub, facilities or store locations. 

What You’ll Do 
•    Coordinate Learning Program logistics; including scheduling and enrollment, attendance and delivery of participant learning materials in partnership with the Learning Technology Team
•    Maintain the organization of the People Development inbox responding to inquiries and escalating/redirecting when necessary to the relevant parties
•    Execute administrative duties such as program communications to participants and program cohorts
•    Support the Senior Manager, Learning Programs with the collection, aggregation and visual representation of learning evaluation data
•    Support online virtual, and in-person training events in a producer or facilitator capacity as needed
•    Assist with the maintenance of the Learning Programs internal SharePoint site
•    Champion a culture of continuous Learning & Development across the organization, promoting employee engagement & growth opportunities 

What You Bring 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams & SharePoint
•    Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Training, Learning & Development functional arena; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Demonstratable administrative, PM support experience
•    Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
•    Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on learner experience, process improvement & efficiency
•    Knowledge and experience with LMS Technology a plus
