Coordinator, Client Operations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administration Support
- Manage contact lists, distro lists and master schedules for the store organization.
- Oversee supply orders for the department.
- Support Communications Supervisor on special projects and/or managing some communication as necessary.
- Retail Operations
- Process all department and store invoices, partnering with Manager, Selling Services.
- Assist store team members with phone set-up, use and management of their device.
- Client Services
- Support the Client Services team by managing multiple e-mail inboxes and other needs as they arise.
Experience and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience.
- Experience in luxury, specialty, or department store retail operations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build partnership across the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works to build collaborative partnerships cross-functionally and resolve conflict productively.
