Overview

·         The Assistant Creative Services Manager is responsible for managing creative requests for performance marketing, promotions, sales associate emails, print and digital marketing projects. Reporting to the Manager of Creative Services, this role is part of a three-person team of project managers sitting within the BG creative team.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

·         Lead project calls, manage the workflow of creative requests, and ensure end to end communication with stakeholders for performance marketing assignments. Write and edit copy for performance marketing requests.

·         Manage impactful promotional creative across all touchpoints by collaborating with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure assets are created in a timely manner and consistent with the creative request.

·         Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure on time delivery of sales associate emails, store signage, and time sensitive, high profile event invites.

·         Schedule styleout meetings and assist with seasonal catalogs. Partner internally and externally on vendor approvals, ensuring alignment with the BG brand voice.

·         Brief in and assign projects to designers based on workload in a timeline driven environment while collaborating with art directors. Build agendas, weekly project outlines, and approval emails for optimal team transparency.

·         Enter key information into project management systems to create project schedules and bridge transparency gaps.

·         Independently (and in collaboration with PM team) iterate and develop processes to help the creative team (and cross-functional partners) run more efficiently and effectively

·         Assist and support creatives services manager and senior manager with day to day needs and/or one-off project requests 

Qualifications: 

·         1-2 years of experience in performance marketing. Experience in email, promotions, and CRM copywriting is recommended.

·         Knowledge of creative operations and project management as it pertains to print production or digital graphic design (experience in fashion retail is a plus).

·         Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively under deadlines and to manage concurrent projects.

·         Effective and direct communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, while ensuring adherence to established process, timeline, and budget.

·         Experience in Microsoft 365, G Suite, PM Software and Adobe Creative Suite are recommended
