Define specific business problems and work with the business to define talent related needs and create project strategies

Provide thought leadership for organization design practices and tools

Design and implement custom solutions and tools: Collaborate with business partners to create programs, solutions, and tools to address business needs

Drive process improvement for Talent Development programs

Create methods for measuring the effectiveness of programs, solutions, and tools

Lead Executive Onboarding Practice: Establish and deploy a consistent methodology for the onboarding of both internal and external executive level talent.Job Abilities

Working knowledge of general talent development and organizational effectiveness theories, including talent assessment, performance management, succession planning, training design and facilitation, leadership coaching, organization and role design, and the fundamentals of effective change management

Facilitating leadership and management development programs

Leverage and manage external business partners to build, execute and support new programs
-
Ability to drive an evolving performance management program

Ability to present and facilitate information to an audience of varying responsibility within the company effectively
-
Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task in a fast paced and challenging environment to meet deadlines
-
Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting, analysis, audits, and presentationsJob Requirements

5-7 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, training, HR or related field
-
Undergraduate degree in Organization Development or Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Master’s degree preferred
