QUALIFICATIONS
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant payroll work experience required
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred
  • Extensive ADP experience preferred, specifically including ADP Enterprise V5, ADP GL, ADPR, ADP Smart Compliance, ADP AdjustMate, ADP CheckMate and Wisely paycard management
  • Polished oral and written communication skills, positive and customer service focused attitude; highly visible role that periodically interacts with executives at all levels throughout the organization
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple/changing priorities and management of expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Technologically savvy with mastery of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, research experience and resourcefulness
  • Motivated and self-starter mindset, including strong work ethic with demonstrated follow-through, commitment to achieving team and company goals
  • Discretion and sensitivity with respect to confidential information

Work Experience:

  • 5-7+ years experience with multi-state payroll processing and related functions, preferably with a large domestic company
