QUALIFICATIONS

.

  • Review inventory levels and online/store performance by department / vendor / class, and develop strategies to optimize inventory with new receipts
  • Partner with merchants and planners to define inventory ownership strategies of basic key item styles; manage replenishment to meet basic in-stock targets
  • Analyze and react to online and individual store performance to better flow merchandise and allocate fashion and replenishment inventory, maximizing depth vs breadth assortments
  • Manage open to ship by monitoring stores category sales, inventory sell through, and stock to sales by vendor, class, style
  • Manage and monitor warehouse inventories
  • Execute size, pre-pack, and split shipment plans as part or purchase order process
  • Ability to build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with planning, merchants, stores and members of cross functional groups
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and accuracy of information, share best practices and develop systems knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of applicable work experience to include retail merchandising, allocating, or planning experience
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance or related field
  • Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills are critical, macro experience is desired
  • Strong Retail Math and  analytical skills required with
  • Ability to strategically execute vision and purpose
