We also operate more than 40 Last Call by Neiman Marcus off-price stores that cater to a value oriented, yet fashion minded customer.  Our upscale eCommerce and direct-to-consumer division includes NeimanMarcus.com, BergdorfGoodman.com Horchow.com, LastCall.com, and CUSP.com.  Every day each of our 15,000 NMG associates works towards the goal of enabling our customer to shop any of our brands "anytime, anywhere, and on any device." Whether the merchandise we sell, the customer service we offer, or our investments in technology, everything we do is to enhance the customer experience across all channels and brands.

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Completion of all existing weekly and monthly reporting such as Scorecard, Rank report, and KPI metrics
  • Prepares daily sales flash, as well as weekly KPI report
  • Ad hoc analysis of event performance
  • Payroll analysis: performance Vs allocations
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Monthly store level expense review: identify over/under variance performance,

 

  • Assists with Fiscal Year financial plan development, payroll and nonpayroll
  • Prepares and submits  monthly expense transfers
  • Partners with brand leadership to identify and resolve common operational / sales issues
  • Track expenses related to store closings
  • Develops understanding of NMG systems and reporting, and assists stores with issue/problem resolution
  • Develops monthly RTV and PC compliance reporting
