Job Summary:


Stocking Associates are responsible for completing the following tasks:


  • Stocking incoming merchandise into accurate warehouse location using an RF scanning unit.
  • Inspecting and quantifying all merchandise to be stocked.
  • Other tasks as required to meet team goals.


Key Performance Elements:


The Associate must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:


  • Demonstrate basic computer literacy.
  • Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
  • Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment.
  • Maintain high level of safety awareness; provide safety feedback constructively.
  • Meet scheduled work hours for department and shift.
  • Remain flexible to work overtime, as scheduled.
  • Meet NMD physical requirements of standing, bending and lifting, etc.
  • Give attention to detail.




  • Successful candidates must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
