VIP Digital Styling Assistant

The Digital Styling Assistant will communicate with Digital Stylist teams from Neiman Marcus to promote sales and customer satisfaction. This role acts as the liaison between the Bergdorf Goodman store to Neiman Marcus remote sellers.
Responsibilities
- Locate product on behalf of Digital Stylists to ring on POS and ship to clients
- Provide assistance on product inquiries for products not available online
- Act as the in-store point person for store exclusives and events
- Assists in-store client appointments with the digital stylist to provide a luxury experience
- Effectively communicate to a variety of different departments within Bergdorf Goodman
- Oversee all digital assets that the stylists may need, including buybooks and photostreams via sharepoint.
- Create client-facing elevated content for sellers to share.
- Provide content featuring exclusive (in-store only) pieces
- Creation of weekly stylist newsletter to ensure Stylists are up to date on new arrivals, products, launches and capsules.
- Prioritize requests and content for Senior Digital Stylists in a timely manner
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Teams and Sharepoint
