  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience, in Human Resources, leave administration, or benefits
  • Exemplary customer service orientation and demonstrated ability to lead self and a team
  • Knowledge of the leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels within the organization.

·         Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate insights to stakeholders

·         Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving behaviors

·         Time management skills that enable on-time, high-quality project delivery with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·         Highly developed communications skills (written / verbal)

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
