Your Role 

You will serve as a subject matter expert for MAWM end-users and representative of requests from Operations for system changes. You will benefit from NMG's Way of Working, which is a framework across all teams to work smarter, be present, and integrate work and life in a way that empowers you and others. You will work hybrid based at the Pinnacle facility and report to the Sr. Director of Engineering & Automation. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • You must be proficient in Pyramid Director and Lightning Pick applications 
  • You will comprehend messaging and communication between MAWM and Pyramid to troubleshoot issues related to the messaging.   
  • You will need to identify when a system issue ticket is required and follow proper protocol with Information Technology partners.   
  • You will, when necessary, pull team to identify issues, opportunities, create solutions, and implement.   
  • You will be the primary owner of the Supply Chain Intake process and correspondence. The scope involves initial triage of email inquiries, determining what teams are needed for resolution, managing all related correspondence in a professional manner.  Supply Chain Intake will include inquiries in terms of purchase orders through store and customer order inquiries. 
  • You must be able to travel 20% of your time to other locations as needed  

 

What You Bring 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  Able to build and present effective PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Adept in creating “How-To” documents. 
  • Analysis experience to utilize various data exports. 
  • Advanced Excel experience including lookups and pivot tables. 
  • Prior experience in warehouse management applications is required.   
  • Proven proficiency in the ability to manage multiple workstreams at one time and successfully lead cross-functional teams to resolution. 
  • Must be self-driven individual with 5+ years of experience in system integration program management or business analytics. 
  • Ability to manage multiple email inboxes, including timely responses appropriately. 
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear correspondence with parties of all levels including external partners.   
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new software applications. 
  • Ability to build/maintain relationships, internally and externally.
