Styling Manager


Job Summary:
The Styling Manager is responsible for upholding Neiman Marcus brand standards and 
driving key business goals and strategies. This includes sell photography, styling execution, 
image approval, and collaboration with logistical members. The Styling Manager partners 
with the NM online Styling Team and is accountable for their results.


Job Responsibilities:
-Manage direct report stylists who execute RTW, stills/product sell photography, 
editorials, and model casting.
-Manage freelance stylists and assistant stylists daily
- Partner with leaders across immediate and extended NMG team to execute day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives –includes Studio, creative, merchant, and 
eCommerce partners
-Convey highest taste level through approval of style out and impeccably styled 
on-set photography
-Deliver on key business goals including productivity KPIs, aesthetic quality 
standard, and time to web
-Assist the styling team hiring process and on-boarding of new hires
-Assist with style guides that are in line with the brand standards and train styling 
team on fashion education, technical styling skills, and provide creative direction 
based on researched trends and brands
- Lead with passion for fashion, positive attitude, and service-oriented mindset
-Maintain current usability of studio props and procure styling items and prop 
clothing for fashion closet – includes prop RTW, jewelry, shoes, handbags, 
underpinning, and styling supplies
- Partner with Styling Director to maintain styling prop budget 
-Anticipate and resolve creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or 
solutions


Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Impeccable taste with focus on high-end luxury fashion
- Efficient at managing a high volume of projects and adhering to deadlines
-Ability to anticipate problems, plans and solve accordingly
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
-Ability to inspire and motivate a highly dynamic and creative team
