  • 3+ years of previous Retail Management experience is preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience hiring and training staff and 1+ year budget responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated and results driven
  • Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
  • Merchandising/visual set-up skills
