Job Title: Staff Engineer, Sales Processing

Job Duties: Staff Engineer, Sales Processing role develops integration and extension on Oracle Retail package software applications RMS, RIB , ReSA. These extension involves building new custom bolt-on user screen on these package software to enable business user data upload and integration to brand partners / downstream applications. These value addition solution helps Neiman Marcus business running their process smoothly and getting extended visibility of Sales and inventory position. This role also develops custom built programming solution to accept application data either from brand partners or from external system and transform to our Retail system to meet the business needs. The tool used to build these software are Retail Integration Bus, Forms, Pro*C, Unix shell script, ETL & Sql/Plsql, Toad, MS Visio and MS tools. This role provides functional application support, configuration and new process realization within our Merchandising and Sale Audit functions of Oracle RMS and ReSA applications. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of efforts to enable new state of the art technology solutions in the merchandising and sales audit area in support of strategic initiatives throughout the IT environment. This is a technology engineering role focused on Lead the design, develop, deploy and maintain Merchandising and Sales Audit applications and enhancements that meet business requirements with scalability, reliability, performance and security. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency to deliver projects within Merchandising and Oracle Retail Sale Audit areas. This position is open to remote work from approved locations in the United States. 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related field. Experience must include eight (8)

years post-bachelors progressive experience in all of the following: Oracle Retail with technical skill including but not limited

to Sql/Plsql, Pro*C, Forms, Shell script, integration bus, Toad, Oracle Forms, & Cloud implementation experience. Functional

experience with Merchandising and Sales Audit business processes.  Integrating internal and external systems using real

time messaging using oracle retail integration tools / ETL tool. Oracle Relational database experience with SQL Query

analysis, produce written documentation to include specifications related to requirements gathering, process design,

configuration, functional design, testing, conversion, and deployment. Experience must also include three (3) years post

bachelors progressive experience in the following: requirements gathering, process design, configuration, functional design,

testing, conversion and deployment experience. Experience must also include two (2) years post-bachelors progressive

experience in the following: engineering roles implementing Oracle RMS and ReSA modules and enhancements.
