QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of ten (10) years experience in multi-unit retail, specialty retailing or equivalent industry experience; previous experience managing remote teams preferred.
Minimum of ten (10) years experience as specialty retail General Manager with P & L responsibility.
Proven ability to drive results.
Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze information, identify root causes and develop/implement approved solutions.
Experience selecting, assessing, coaching and developing managers in a retail environment.
Knowledge of financial operations and processes; analytical skills to diagnose root cause of deficiencies.
Effective oral and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of internal and external team members.
Ability to travel 7 days per month.
Experiences in corporate and cross formats are preferred.
Ability to form strong partnerships across reporting relationships.
Ability to influence activities and results of those who are not direct reports.
