QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related Design or Project Management field
Minimum of 8-10 years of retail store planning and/or construction project management experience with a major department, specialty store, luxury retailer, or design firm
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Excellent space planning/merchandising skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including strong group presentation skills
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD (or similar CAD program), Plan Grid, and Salesforce
Ability to execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Capable of communicating design solutions by sketching or hand drafting
Ability to be part of a team or lead a team effort as required
Experience with project cost estimating a plus
Experience with Oracle, Salesforce (or similar project database), and SketchUp a plus
Knowledge of merchandise fixture design and/or construction detailing a plus
Position is based in Dallas TX
Periodic travel required
