Summary:
This position is for Senior Engineer, Full Stack Cloud Services who will help us design and develop omni channel digital solutions to support customers as well as store associates. We are building a globally deployed digital platform for our customers and store associates using some best-in-class, frameworks, platforms / technologies such as AWS, Serverless computing, NodeJs, ReactJs, Javascript, Typescript, Spring Boot and leverage several cloud native services and solutions.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop omni-channel digital solutions leveraging micro frontend, serverless and micro services in a cloud based platform.
  • Design high/low level solutions, contribute towards architecture and technical roadmap.
  • Lead technical implementation/delivery. Host/Lead technical discussions.
  • Champion software development best practices, test driven development, CI and CD.
  • Build cloud native and highly cost efficient solutions.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and as an individual contributor.
  • Innovate, Unlearn and Disrupt. Research next generation frameworks and technologies. Embrace change.

 

Required Abilities, Skills And Experience:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. Masters degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years experience delivering highly available web/mobile applications.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Experience building websites using Javascript and Java technologies (e.g. ReactJs, Typescript, Spring Boot etc).
  • Experience building RESTful API's.
  • AWS Serverless cloud native services experience (Lambda functions).
  • Good knowledge of distributed caching solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Search Engine and NoSql Datastores.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about enabling next generation experiences.


Nice to have Abilities, Skills And Experience:

  • Experience building eCommerce websites.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch and AWS DynamoDB.
  • Experience building Jenkins Pipelines.
  • Experience with ElasticCache, SQS, API Gateways, etc.
  • Experience with React Native.
