Site Merchandiser
Job Details
· “Be the Voice” for the online business and work closely with Merchant partners to achieve the online sales plan.
· Ensure merchandise is live on site in an accurate and timely manner (through partnership where needed).
· Owns the weekly NOW (not on web) and Item Lifecycle report to identify items that have fallen “off track” from the normal timeline and take appropriate action.
· Partners with Web Ops Manager to analyze business and provide ideas, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement
· Identify and escalate web, inventory and system issues, working closely with Web Operations and IT to identify a timely solution.
· Monitors and QAs the site daily for best customer experience
· Provides recaps and insight regarding competition
Technical Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred
· 2+ years previous work experience in an e-Commerce or Omni role
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel proficiency
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
· Must be proactive and assume ownership of projects, ensuring all tasks are full completed
· Must be detail oriented
· Have experience working within buying or store organizations and with multiple cross-functional groups
· Have the ability to work independently and under pressure
