Responsibilities & Duties
- Achieve Monthly / Quarterly Sales Plan
- Organize, Maintain and Merchandise Luxury Essentials Shop
- Adhere to all NM Visual Standards
- Organize Back Stock and fill in as needed
- Communicate Fast and Slow Sellers to Buying Office
- Facilitate Sales within the Luxury Essentials Shop
- Assist Customers and Sales Associates in Completing Sales
- Network and enlist the Support of all In Home and Out of Home Base
- Associate to Drive the Luxury Essentials Business
- Educate Sellers and Customers on Luxury Essentials Product
- Partner with Senior Team to Enlist Marketing Support
- Conduct Morning Meetings to Educate on Product and Deliveries

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience, preferably in retail or service environment is required.
