Senior Workforce Retail Analyst
Qualifications
- Must have experience with (brick & mortar) retail scheduling, ideally at multiple locations, stores, etc.

Prior knowledge/experience with WFM systems

Understanding of what different forecast factors drive both labor and volume within the organization's labor model

Develops an understanding of company staffing minimum and maximum requirements

Aware of trends that will affect sales day to day; Short term and long term

Stay current on internal policies and procedures

Strong analytical skills and prioritization skills, as well as a well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through; ability to handle multiple projects under pressure

Strong analytical and troubleshooting/problem solving skills

Develops an understanding of the Point of Sales (POS) system

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experienced in SQL, databases

Microsoft Office Suite experience required including advanced Microsoft Excel skills

3 years of WorkForce Management scheduling and forecasting in a customer-centric environment
Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
