Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a core member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a foundational role in supporting our firm’s diverse businesses and be a part of the excitement in solidifying that foundation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sourcing strategies, candidate management and provide a quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Source potential and passive candidates through social media, internet sourcing, direct outreach, and relationship building
- Drive corporate Diversity and Belonging initiatives to impact our diverse hiring needs and strategies
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles and functions to identify candidates with best fit
- Design and execute sourcing strategies that fit and flex with dynamic and evolving business priorities
- Develop and maintain pipelines/pools of potential talent
- Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and to ensure best practices at all times
- Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of client’s business and positions and effectively research to gain an intimate knowledge of functional markets
- Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals as set by management team
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools)
- Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
- Participate in daily and weekly client meetings
- Be accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at all times
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter license to identify, engage and source quality candidates for open and future roles
- Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters
- Develops a network of referrals
- Partner with outside vendors for the submittal of potential candidates, while also maintaining a professional and managed process oversight for Hiring Managers
- Maintain multiple client relationships with a professional and courteous nature
- Work with clients to streamline and oversee a coordinated, effective and structured interview and candidate experience
- Partner with new hiring managers as a resource for interviewing skills and assistance
- Oversee a productive and efficient candidate experience
- Maintain consistent and strategic communication with candidates
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- At least 4-7 years of Recruiting experience.
- Some client management skills with regard to driving change and/or process management
- Experience Sourcing, identifying, attracting, and screening top candidates, (both passive and active) for a variety of technical skill and experience levels.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and extensive experience working within the platform
- Experience working on a variety of jobs/roles in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
- Attention to detail and operational adherence to processes and corporate policies
