Senior Product Manager, Omni Promotions
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Neiman Marcus Omni-channel Product Management Team is looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager who is passionate about advocating for the customer, has excellent product instincts, a passion for creating great experiences, a data-centric mindset, agile thinking, and the willingness to challenge the status quo.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the Omni-Promotions strategy for the Neiman Marcus Group and its digital and technology roadmap. In this role, you will partner with key business stakeholders to develop a strategy for personalized offers that will increase customer engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. The role will help deliver a platform/capability for public and private, personalized promotions/offers that are timely, relevant, and contextual.
You will be successful by cultivating strong relationships with Technology and Delivery Leads to act as a leadership team for your product portfolio, while leading product-design teams and your engineering counterparts in problem-solving.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with senior leaders on program level strategy development and execution
- Build and manage Omni-Promotions roadmap, key objectives, ROI, feature/function definition, experience design and KPIs
- Contributes to successful continuous delivery of product roadmaps, within budget, schedule, and quality requirements
- Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching major product releases
- Lead product optimization post-launch, incorporating analytics, customer feedback, and market opportunities to (re)prioritize the roadmap
- Supervise and direct Product Managers and Associate Product Managers for a defined product portfolio including individual performance management as well as management of business results.
- Build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders critical to the delivery of the product portfolio Prioritize portfolio investment to maximize benefit/return to customers/company based on NMG strategy.
- Manage vendor partners to help solve customer and business problems and collaborate to drive for new innovations in products and services that best meet business needs and strategy
- Educates and evangelizes best practices throughout organization to build awareness for impact to business and ensure alignment for cross-team initiatives
- Maintains market awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape to help identify necessary updates and new opportunities
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks and deployment methodologies in a customer-facing production environment
- Strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for working in a fast-paced agile digital environment is a must! Ability to multi-task, working independently and to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Proven ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of delivery, and an obsession about the customer experience
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics) and experience using data to make decisions
- Experience in eCommerce and Omni-Channel delivery, specializing in enterprise promotions strategy and/or platform integration a plus
- Experience with Atlassian suite of tools (Jira/Confluence/Structure)

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, Focused on eCommerce or digital capabilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or other related field
