Selling Assistant, Advanced Ready-To-Wear Collections

Key Responsibilities
- Remain active and visible on the sales floor, providing a welcoming presence and greeting clients
- Assist Sales Associates with inbound interselling by offering product knowledge and on-the-floor supportBuild strong working relationships with associates across all departments
- Organize appointment scheduling and manage client interactions to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain and update client information to nurture lasting relationshipsProcess transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS
- Handle post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and sending thank-you notes
- Support digital selling initiatives and contribute to enhancing the team’s social media presence
- Help organize exclusive gifting programs and special experiences for top clients
- Ensure all unsold merchandise is properly returned to stock
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of fitting rooms, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
- Support inventory management, including reconciliation and stock accuracy
- Help maintain merchandise protection standards and overall floor organization
- Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and high-level clientele
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and ensure timely follow-up on tasks
- Stay up to date with POS systems and client management tools to optimize workflow
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed to support business operations
