Seasonal Recruiter
The Seasonal Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for high volume and full cycle recruiting for seasonal Customer Care and Fulfillment associates. The Seasonal Human Resources Recruiter will also be responsible for providing administrative support for the HR office while delivering exceptional service to all associates and applicants. This is a temporary position, June – December. Length of assignment may vary based on business requirements.
Key Performance Elements:
• Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as applicant tracking systems, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, or employee referrals (75% of responsibility).
• Review employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
• Inform candidates of job details such as key requirements, salary, benefits, schedules, and working environment.
• Schedule assessments/interviews for qualified candidates.
• Coordinate application and interviewing process for candidates.
• Greet and interview candidates during job fairs.
• Make hiring recommendations when appropriate.
• Conduct reference checks on job applicants when required.
• Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
• Assist with onboarding processes as needed.
• Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• At least one (1) year of previous recruiting experience.
• Basic understanding of major employment laws.
• Previous experience with Taleo preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required.
