Retail Operations Coordinator
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a store leadership role focused on operations (e.g. Sales Operations, Operations Lead/Coordinator, Operations Manager)

Self-starter with ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and suggest/implement improvements

Ability to multi-task and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Experience with various retail software including POS, reporting and more

Operate with a servant mentality towards our store

Highly organized and extremely high attention to detail

Ability to occasionally support a non-traditional work schedule (including holidays and weekends) to support store, as needed
