Summary: The Ralph Lauren Collection Brand Supervisor’s role is to build and develop the RTW and handbag businesses, in partnership with BG sales team, internal & external management and merchant teams. This role will ensure superior client experience aligned with Ralph Lauren and Bergdorf Goodman standards and full achievement of all defined performance objectives.
Responsibilities & Duties

Promote the vision and culture of the Ralph Lauren brand while championing Bergdorf Goodman values on a consistent basis

Partner with the Sales Experience Manager to develop unique strategies to achieve sales plan, partnering with “home base” teams and “out of home base” teams

Develop strong partnerships with BG Sellers to promote Ralph Lauren sales

Engage all levels of associate in frequent Product Knowledge conversations

Ensure the maintenance of brand merchandising standards throughout shop environment, partnering with RL and BG visual teams

Support the execution of any relevant client facing events and experiences

Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new client relationships and strengthening current client relationships.

Demonstrate expertise in customer base by having knowledge of top clients and VICs

Partner with Ralph Lauren Sales and BG Buying on seasonal buy reviews, deadlines, and execution.

Communicate product needs on a timely basis to drive incremental sales
Provide weekly business recaps to communicate to all critical stake holders through executive summaries and seller communication.

Utilize the upmost discretion in all handling of proprietary information.
