QA Coordinator

Your Role
As a QA Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead and supervisor. Assisting with validation from Buyers and Stores. You will ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping while coordinating communication between internal departments, vendors, and external support teams. This is an on-site role within our fulfillment center, where you will contribute to driving daily production and quality goals, training associates, and support efficient workflow management. You will collaborate closely with your team and leadership to maintain high standards of quality and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
· Support the Manager/Supervisor in overseeing daily operations within the quality department.
· Assist in driving the execution of quality metrics, procedures, and programs to meet building efficiency and performance goals.
· Work hands-on within the fulfillment center to ensure quality standards are met, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.
· Train and coach associates with standard operating procedures to maintain quality and efficiency, providing feedback to leadership on performance.
· Ensure comprehensive utilization of warehouse systems, including RF scanners, to support operational accuracy and efficiency.
· Monitor and verify the accuracy of documentation, identifying and reporting discrepancies or issues to leadership.
· Run and validate daily and weekly quality reports to ensure targets and standards are met.
· Troubleshoot quality-related issues, collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and support teams for effective resolution.
· Attend department meetings and provide updates on quality improvements, training needs, and departmental performance.
· Adapt to different areas of the warehouse as needed, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting operational targets.
· Maintain adherence to Neiman Marcus safety standards in all tasks and interactions.
What You Bring
· High school diploma
· One year of administrative experience
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs (Word, Power Point, and Excel).
· High attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
· Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business
· Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision
· Ability to work effectively on a team and independently
