Neiman Marcus Special Project Manager 

The Project Manager leads special projects such as product launches, services, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) campaigns and supporting assets for seasonal campaigns. The role will report to the Director, Campaign Project Management. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Develop and maintain overall project plans & schedules and input/update project timelines dates in Wrike  

Manage projects across Marketing and Merchandising that 360 delivers on seasonal campaigns, partnering with Director to provide oversight  

Ensure jobs are opened in a timely manner and all teams have the necessary information to complete their deliverables 

Lead project kickoff, gathering the right stakeholders and necessary inputs to brief teams 

Identify and mitigate risks and resolve problems as they arise, collaborating cross-functionally  

Manage communications, internally and externally, and tailoring communications to multiple levels of the organization 

Manage channel deliverables laddering up into seasonal campaigns (email, social, etc.) 

Manage communications between creative team and project stakeholders 

Responsible for keeping stakeholders up to date on project status, updates and changes in a timely manner and driving the team to completion of all deliverables. Ensure key project information is recorded in Wrike to completion 

Enforce and track project deadlines, collaborating with teammates to remove bottlenecks to troubleshoot and deliver on time 

Drive operational excellence enforcing project management best practices and leading by example 

 

Requirements 

2 years of Project Management experience or similar 

Experience with Wrike, or similar project management tools  

Time Management: Efficiently multi-task and manage a high volume of projects simultaneously 

Communication: Cross-functional partner and strong interpersonal skills 

Critical Thinking: Forward-thinking, anticipate changes and issues, creative problem solver 

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Accountable, highly motivated, business partner
