Project Coordinator  

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Campaign Managers behind-the-scenes to deliver on 360 Marketing Campaigns, from inception to completion. The role will report into the Campaign Manager. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Assist in maintaining overall project plans, inputting and updating project timelines dates and key information into Wrike (project management software) 

Support Campaign Managers to ensure jobs are opened in a timely manner and all teams have the necessary information to complete 

Support Campaign Managers with tracking project deadlines and removing bottlenecks ensure timely completion 

Responsible for scheduling and task management for campaigns, along with adjusting to accommodate any approved changes 

Manage coordination on a high volume of projects simultaneously while efficiently multi-tasking 

Maintain meeting schedules for cross-channel collaborations, campaign concepts & project 

Capture meeting notes & action items and distribute to stakeholders 

Manage internal reviews and approvals across multiple levels of the organization 

Become a Wrike champion, problem solve within the system and navigate challenges 

Ensure deliverables are passed off to team for ready to launch, final assets are accurately saved in archives, and Wrike tasks are accurately updated to completion 

 

Requirements 

Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative 

High attention to detail, solution oriented and entrepreneurial mindset 

Previous Project Management experience a plus 

Extremely organized and highly motivated critical thinker 

Excellent verbal/written communication skills
